Terms and Conditions

By listing a business on Mig Mig, or by using any Mig Mig service, you agree to these terms with MigMig Inc. (Mig Mig, we, us). If you accept these terms on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Listing your business and taking orders on Mig Mig costs $0 per month. There is no setup fee, no monthly listing fee and no contract requirement for the marketplace listing.

Orders can arrive from your Mig Mig marketplace listing, your own website, in store channels and phone or text ordering. All of them appear on one order board. Guest name and number appear on the ticket.

A commission of 11% applies to orders placed through the Mig Mig marketplace. Orders that come from your own channels are not charged the marketplace commission.

Taxes and card processing fees are charged separately and are not included in the commission.

Courier delivery is fulfilled through third party networks, currently Uber Direct and DoorDash Drive. A live quote is produced for each delivery and charged to the guest at cost.

Delivery performance depends on the courier network. Mig Mig passes the quote through and does not add a markup to the courier price.

A statement is produced each month and shared with you for approval. Payouts are released through Stripe after the statement is approved. You are responsible for reviewing each statement and raising questions before approval.

For disputes about orders that were completed, there is no automatic refund. Each case is reviewed on its own facts.

Optional services are billed monthly in advance and can be started or stopped without a minimum term. Current monthly prices in Canadian dollars are: reservations $280, point of sale $350, website $277, call agent $380, AI content $365, Google reviews $299, TV menu boards $65, gift cards $30, tasks $30 and hiring $30. Taken together as a bundle the price is $1,777 per month instead of $2,106 separately.

Taxes and card processing fees are extra.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices, hours and availability, for preparing orders you accept, and for holding the licences and permits required for your business.

Mig Mig is a trademark of MigMig Inc. The Mig Mig software, brand assets and content remain the property of MigMig Inc. You keep ownership of the content you supply, such as your menu, photos and business information.

We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, where there is fraud or a safety risk, or where a legal requirement applies.

Mig Mig provides the platform and the services described above. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to MigMig Inc. for the service concerned in the month the claim arose.

We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated in advance and the current version is always published on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
