Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MigMig Inc. handles information on the Mig Mig platform and the services connected to it, for businesses that list with us and for guests who order.

Business information: business name, address, contact details, menu and pricing, opening hours, bank and payout details, and the account details of the people who use the order board.

Guest information: name, phone number, delivery address where delivery is selected, order contents and order history, and messages sent through phone or text ordering.

Technical information: device and browser data, IP address, and usage events that help keep the service secure and working.

To receive and route orders to the right order board, to print tickets with the guest name and number, to request a courier quote and arrange delivery, to produce monthly statements and release payouts, to provide support, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

Courier networks, currently Uber Direct and DoorDash Drive, receive the details needed for a delivery, such as pickup and drop off address and contact number.

Stripe processes payments and payouts. Restaurants and other listed businesses receive the order details they need to prepare and hand over an order.

Service providers that host and support the platform act on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Information is protected with access controls, encryption in transit and monitoring. Some service providers operate outside Canada, in which case the information may be processed abroad under contractual protections.

We keep information for as long as the account is active and afterwards for the period required by tax, accounting and legal obligations, then delete it or make it anonymous.

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask for deletion where the law allows it, and withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time. Write to info@migmig.ca and we will respond within the period set by Canadian privacy law.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep sessions signed in, remember language preference and measure how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Mig Mig is intended for adults and for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page and material changes are communicated in advance.
